SAN JOSE, Calif., July 7, 2005 —  IDT (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.; NASDAQ:  IDTI), a leading communications IC company, announced today that it has been recognized by Celestica, a world leader in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), for its excellence in supplier performance with a 2004 Partners in Performance award.  This marks the third year in a row IDT received this accolade.

IDT recognizes Celestica as an EMS leader that provides a competitive advantage to customers by improving time to market, scalability and manufacturing efficiency, and we are honored to receive this prestigious award for the third consecutive year,  said Julian Hawkins, vice president of worldwide sales at IDT.  Our strong design expertise continues to complement Celestica’s efforts, as our delivery of high quality and innovative semiconductor solutions remains steady.  This honor is a proof point of our on-going commitment to meeting our joint customers’ needs, and underscores our contributions to meeting worldwide supply chain management goals.

Celestica’s Partners in Performance awards are given annually to the company’s suppliers in recognition of their excellence in customer service and support of Celestica’s global supply chain.  This year’s Partners in Performance winners demonstrated a level of responsiveness, flexibility and customer service that positively impacted Celestica’s business and, in turn, the businesses of its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers.

In 2004, IDT demonstrated a strong level of the flexibility, responsiveness and reliability that drives Celestica’s global supply chain, said John Boucher, chief supply chain and procurement officer, Celestica.  I congratulate IDT for its third-year Partners in Performance award, in recognition of the company’s contribution to our success and the success of our customers.

    IDT Leadership
IDT does business with Celestica across many of its product lines, including network search engines (NSEs), multi-ports and FIFOs, and maintains market leadership in these product areas.  For example, to date, the company offers the industry’s broadest product portfolio, including the fastest full-featured NSE family. IDT also provides the most comprehensive portfolio of multi-port products, including the industry’s first 36-Mbit synchronous dual-port devices.  The IDT FIFO product portfolio consists of 350 synchronous, asynchronous and bi-directional FIFO offerings.  Among the IDT FIFO products is the industry’s first 18-Mbit TeraSync FIFO, which replaces traditional methods of implementing high-density, high-speed buffering.  Additional information on the IDT NSE, multi-port and FIFO products portfolios is accessible at www.IDT.com.
