The IDT pre-processing switch (PPS) and central packet switch (CPS) are Serial RapidIO switching elements that provide the core of the baseband processing subsystem. When they are coupled with the IDT 10G serial buffer and IDT Common Public Radio Interface (CPRI) Functional InterConnects (FICs) they form an integrated chipset solution for wireless base station applications. IDT also offers a wide variety of integrated timing devices and SAW filters that support wireless applications.
