Arman Naghavi has more than 26 years of experience in high-performance analog and power markets and technologies. Naghavi is responsible for bringing together the technologies to integrate analog-intensive ASSPs for the consumer and computing markets, such as audio, consumer timing, power management and touch, as well as in the server, telecom and networking markets. In addition, Naghavi will oversee a division that is the power management center of excellence, serving other IDT business units.
Prior to IDT, Naghavi was the vice president and general manager of the analog, mixed-signal and power division at Freescale Semiconductor where he managed a $500M + business with full P&L responsibilities. Naghavi was instrumental in expanding and building Freescale’s analog business in consumer, industrial and telecommunication markets while managing a large business in the automotive market.
Before joining Freescale, Naghavi was the vice president and general manager of consumer power division at Intersil Corporation, where he started the division from its inception and created a sizable and highly profitable business in just three years.
Naghavi is also a veteran of Analog Devices where he spent more than 19 years in various marketing, applications and business development roles.
