Richard Crowley

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

As senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) for IDT, Richard Crowley oversees the finance, investor relations, human resources, legal, and information technology organizations within the company. Crowley has over 25 years of experience working in financial positions within the semiconductor industry.

Crowley previously worked with Micrel Semiconductor as their vice president of finance and chief financial officer, where he drove a number of successful plans to improve Micrel’s profit margins and earnings per share. He was also instrumental in shaping Micrel’s capital structure which included the implementation of an active share repurchase program and a quarterly dividend payment to shareholders. Prior to Micrel, Crowley was the CFO at Vantis Corporation and held a variety of senior level finance positions at National Semiconductor Corporation including corporate controller.

Crowley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Management in Accounting and Finance degree from Northwestern University.
