IDT Expands Distribution Network with Signing of Future Electronics

Future Offers IDT Industry’s Largest Field Applications Engineer Organization

SAN JOSE, Calif., November 9, 2005 IDT™ (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.; Nasdaq:  IDTI), today announced it is expanding its distributor network in the Americas with the signing of Future Electronics.  With this signing, IDT enhances its ability to partner with a broad range of companies from established OEMs to contract manufacturers.   Future will be establishing demand creation programs for the entire IDT product line, which includes those products from the merger with ICS and the acquisition of the Freescale timing solutions business.
