IDT Nominates New Member for Board of Directors
New Director Will Add to Company’s Focus on Analog and Mixed Signal ASSPs
SAN JOSE, Calif., August 11, 2009 — IDT® (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.; NASDAQ: IDTI), a leading provider of essential mixed signal semiconductor solutions that enrich the digital media experience, today announced that Donald Schrock has accepted a nomination to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Schrock will stand for election at the Company’s upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for September 17, 2009. Mr. Schrock will replace Dr. Nam Suh, who recently announced his intention to retire from the Board, effective as of the date of the Annual Meeting.

Mr. Schrock has had a successful career with over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including leadership and executive positions at Motorola, GM-Hughes Aircraft, Burr Brown, AMCC, and Qualcomm. Mr. Schrock is the former group president of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies, where he was responsible for building the semiconductor business within Qualcomm, currently the largest fabless semiconductor company in the world. Mr. Schrock holds a BSEE (honors) from the University of Illinois, completed all the coursework for an MSEE from Arizona State University and has an Advanced Business Administration degree from Arizona State University Center for Executive Development.
