IDT Products Win Three Prestigious 2013 EDN China Innovation Awards

IDT Recognized for Innovative MEMS Oscillators, Wireless Power, and Data Converter Products

SAN JOSE, Calif., November 14, 2013 – Integrated Device Technology, Inc. Spanning a wide spectrum of analog and digital technologies, IDT won ‘Best Product Award’ for its low-jitter MEMS oscillators, and two ‘Leading Product Awards’ for its dual-mode wireless power receiver and high-speed JESD204B-compliant data converters.

          IDT’s 4H-series MEMS Oscillators are the world’s first differential MEMS oscillators with only 100 femtosecond (fs) typical phase jitter performance and integrated frequency margining capability. The adaptable output frequency and extremely low phase jitter of IDT’s high-performance oscillators significantly reduce bit error rate (BER) in 10 gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) routers, switches, and other related networking equipment. IDT’s MEMS oscillator won the ‘Best Product Award’ in the Passive Components category.

          The IDTP9021  is the industry’s first dual-mode wireless power receiver IC that provides compatibility with both the Power Matters Alliance (PMA) Type 1 Interoperability Specification and Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) “Qi” standard. The dual-mode device bridges the technology gap between competing transmission standards, allowing customers to consolidate multi-chip configurations into a single-chip solution. The IDTP9021 is ideal for use in a myriad of mobile devices, including smart phones, tablets, MP3 players, digital cameras, MIDs, portable medical devices, remote controls, and other personal electronics. IDT’s wireless power receiver won a ‘Leading Product Award’ in the Power Devices and Modules category.

          The IDT DAC165xD is the industry’s first low-power dual 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring the JESD204B high-speed serial interface. IDT’s high-speed DAC delivers best-in-class dynamic performance, eases system-level cooling requirements, and simplifies board routing in multi-carrier broadband wireless applications. IDT’s data converters won a ‘Leading Product Award’ in the Communication and Networking category.
