Mansour Izadinia Joins IDT as Vice President of Analog Technology and Strategy

Company Reinforces Analog-Intensive, Mixed-Signal Focus with Hiring of Industry Expert
SAN JOSE, Calif., July 6, 2009IDT® (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.; NASDAQ: IDTI), a leading provider of essential mixed signal semiconductor solutions that enrich the digital media experience, today announced that Mansour Izadinia will join the company as vice president of analog technology and strategy, effective July 6, 2009. This new position will report to Dr. Ted Tewksbury, president and chief executive officer. Mr. Izadinia will be responsible for planning, developing and integrating analog technologies and processes across the company as well as strategically expanding the company’s analog-intensive focus.

Mr. Izadinia brings 25 years of experience in analog and mixed signal product design and business development to IDT. Most recently, as vice president at Maxim Integrated Products, he led the System and Power Management business unit. Previously, he held engineering and management positions at National Semiconductor and was responsible for the development of many industry-standard products. Mr. Izadinia holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
