IDT’s gain control products have excellent IP3 and accuracy. The VGAs feature the unique FlatNoise™ technology where noise does not degrade as gain is reduced. They are offered in pin compatible 5x5 mm packages.

Industry’s Lowest-Noise Figure

IDT is proud to introduce an industry first product: the F1200 low-noise digital IF VGA, ideal for commercial radio systems with very high SNR requirements. Its extremely low distortion makes the device very flexible, while the 200 ohm differential input and output impedances allow it to integrate seamlessly into the signal path.
