CrystalFree™ pMEMS™ Clock Generators

IDT CrystalFree pMEMS clock generators combine IDT’s pMEMS oscillator technology and phase-locked-loop (PLL) techniques to generate high-quality clock frequencies for consumer, computing and embedded applications. The use of pMEMS technology eliminates the need for an external frequency source, such as a crystal, thereby improving the reliability, reducing board space and lowering the cost of a system. The CrystalFree pMEMS clock generators can also provide an inexpensive and effective way to reduce EMI for FCC certification using spread spectrum techniques.
