Oscillators

IDT XO and SO oscillators use either a quartz crystal or surface acoustic wave (SAW) as the resonant element to asynchronously generate one or more fixed-frequency clock signals within an application. The IDT CMOS oscillators are all-silicon, monolithic frequency sources that may be used to replace quartz-based oscillators. The devices support frequency ranges from 6 to 133MHz, provide excellent shock and vibration resistance, and are offered in industry standard packages as well as in wafer form for chip-on-board (CoB) and multi-chip-package (MCP) designs.
