CrystalFree™ Solid-State Oscillators

IDT's CrystalFree Solid-State products replace quartz-crystal-oscillators (XOs) while consuming 1/10th the power using Solid-State technology.  They have a much broader frequency range and are offered at a significant price savings compared to standard quartz-crystal oscillators.

3L Series CMOS Oscillators -  The World's Lowest Power ±50 ppm Oscillator

The IDT 3L series of differential-output products offer breakthrough accuracy of ±50 ppm, ideal for demanding applications. The CrystalFree Solid-State devices are pin-to-pin compatible with standard 6-pin XO footprints and are available in a wide range of packages including 7 mm x 5 mm and 5 mm x 3.2 mm. Output frequencies range up to 125 MHz with jitter of less than 1 ps, all while typically consuming less than 25% of the power of quartz-based products.  Additionally all of IDT's CrystalFree Solid-State products are available with standard semiconductor lead times in any frequency.

3C Series CMOS Oscillators - The World's Lowest Power Broadband Oscillator

IDT’s 3C series of single-ended-output products offer frequency accuracy suitable for most applications and an industry first for silicon based oscillators.  These CrystalFree Solid-State crystal-oscillator (XO) replacement products support frequencies from 1 MHz to 200 MHz, consume 1/10th the power and provide significant price savings compared to standard quartz-crystal oscillators.  Additionally all of IDT's CrystalFree Solid-State products are available with standard semiconductor lead times in any frequency.
