Quad Frequency MEMS Oscillator, LVPECL: 100/125/156.25/200MHz
The 4E series MEMS oscillators is a quad-frequency mixed-output oscillator, generating a single differential output together with a 100% synchronous CMOS output. Up to 4 pre-configured frequencies are selectable, enabling a single part to be used in place of 4 differential oscillators and one XO / XTAL configuration. The 4E MEMS oscillators offer improved reliability and lower cost of ownership. It is available in both 6-pin 7050 and 5032 sizes.
