250.000 MHz MEMS Oscillator LVDS

The 4M Series LVDS / LVPECL oscillator is a piezo MEMS (pMEMS™)-based oscillator, replacing traditional crystal based oscillators (XO’s). The 4M Series MEMS oscillators offer improved reliability and lower cost of ownership in a hassle-free XO pin compatible package. The standard LVDS six-pin configuration is available in both 7050 and 5032 sizes.
