High-Performance 16-bit Quad DAC (Low Common Mode) Evaluation Board

The DAC1653Q-DB evaluation board features the DAC1658Q high-speed quad channel 16-bit DAC with high common mode voltage. The DAC1653Q-DB evaluation board is suitable for dynamic performance evaluation from low to high output frequency configurations. A data-generation board can be used during design and prototype to generate various input test patterns and ease DAC performance analysis.

  • Single global clock input (SMA connector) for both generation and data sampling
  • JESD204B lanes up 10 Gbps (FMC-VITA-57 connector)
  • Direct access to DAC output channels (4x SMA connector)
  • Single power supply
  • Optional IDT data generation board: HSDC-EXTMOD03A-DB
  • Interoperable with Xilinx ML605 and KC705 dev kit
  • Interoperable with Altera Arria V GT Dev kit (through FMC connector)
  • Optional IDT FMC to HSMC adaptor board to easily interface with Altera FPGA dev kit (Arria V dev kit through HSMC connector)
