16-ch x4 PCIe Gen3 Enterprise Flash Controller
The 89HF16P04AG3 (F16P04AG3) is a member of IDT’s family of PCIe® enterprise Flash controllers. The 89HF16P04AG3 is a single chip 16-channel NAND Flash controller with PCIe Gen3 x4 or dual independent PCIe Gen3 x2 (active/active or active/standby) host interface. The 89HF16P04AG3 is optimized for high performance 4KB random read/write operations and performs all Flash management operations on-chip, thus consuming negligible host processing and host RAM resources and supporting standard Enterprise NVM Express host control interface. The 89HF16P04AG3 provides the data integrity and reliability features expected in enterprise class solutions, and has been optimized for power savings using a combination of architectural and semiconductor design techniques.
