PowerSmart™ LVDS TCON for NetBooks / NoteBooks

IDT introduces the industry's first single-chip power management solution which integrates timing controller (T-CON), power management and LED driver onto a single chip, reducing bill of materials and footprint in netbooks, tablet PCs and notebooks. The new solution from IDT integrates a full-function low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) input and mini-LVDS output timing controller with fully integrated power management, and a four-channel LED driver for LED backlighting. IDT's PowerSmart™ solution helps Display Engineers save money and results in a much faster time to market.
