Low Skew, 1-to-4, LVCMOS/LVTTL Fanout Buffer

The 8304-03 is a low skew, high performance, 1-to-4 Fanout Buffer with individual output enables. The 8304-03 is characterized at full 3.3V and 2.5V for input (VDD), and mixed 3.3V and 2.5V for output operating supply modes (VDDO). Guaranteed output and part-to-part skew characteristics make the 8304-03 ideal for those clock distribution applications demanding well defined performance and repeatability.


  • Four LVCMOS / LVTTL outputs, 15Ω output impedance
  • LVCMOS / LVTTL clock input
  • Maximum output frequency: 250MHz
  • Output skew: 30ps (typical)
  • Part-to-part skew: 400ps (maximum)
  • Small 16 lead TSSOP package saves board space
  • Power supply modes:
  • Individual output enable control
  • 0°C to 70°C ambient operating temperature
  • Lead-free (RoHS 6) packaging
