Can a 3.3V signal from a 25 MHz crystal oscillator be used as an input signal to the 6V49205 family (6V49205A & 6V49205B), instead of a 25 MHz crystal?

Yes. The X1 pin can be driven directly from a quartz crystal clock oscillator. We recommend using a 33 ohm series resistor on the oscillator output. Do not use MEMS or programmable clock oscillators. The X2 (Xout) pin needs to be left floating.
