How to interface 2.5V LVCMOS to 3.3V LVCMOS for IDT timing devices

Interfacing (converting, connecting) a 2.5V LVCMOS signal to 1V LVCMOS can be accomplished with parallel or series termination. The signal DC offset level is re-bias through AC coupling so that the signal swing center at the threshold level. The receiver input threshold level is 1.65v in this example.
