Broadband ZIF/CIF I/Q Modulator for High Order LTE MIMO Systems

The IDT F1653 Broadband ZIF/CIF I/Q modulator is ideal for high order LTE MIMO systems. The F1653 I/Q Modulator implements Zero-DistortionTM technology for extremely low power consumption with ultra high linearity. It features 3 dB of power gain with very low added noise and interfaces directly with popular JESD204B and DDR DACs.
